## Scope

This notice applies to hotels and hospitality businesses, partners, website visitors and lead/contact applicants using HotelMarketing.digital digital marketing services.

## Personal Data We Process

Identity and contact details; form and message content; device, log and cookie data; preference and engagement data — only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and respond to your request.

## Purposes and Legal Bases

Contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention) and consent where required. Purposes include responding to enquiries, service delivery, security, analytics (where consented) and responding to legal requests.

## Transfers and Third Parties

Data may be shared with hosting, analytics, payment and support providers under contractual safeguards and only as necessary. Cross-border transfers follow safeguards required by KVKK.
